Here we have the model to demonstrate the different standards.

Asset 21.png
Light renovation:

The renovation does not involve any structural changes and therefore does not require a building permit. The floor plan remains largely the same, only the surfaces are renewed. If the wet rooms and the kitchen are more than 20 years old, they are expected to be replaced. The budget for the kitchen and the wet rooms allows you to choose something nice and of high quality that meets today's standards. The price charged for the materials used for the finishes is up to today's standards and allows you to choose from a wide range of beautiful finishes.
