Finishes Explanation

This model demonstrates the different levels of finishes.

General explanation of Light, Standard and Upper finishes

This is the model we use to define the 3 different levels in our cost references.

Light renovation:

The renovation does not involve any structural changes and therefore does not require a building permit. The floor plan remains largely the same, only the surfaces are renewed. If the wet rooms and the kitchen are more than 20 years old, they are expected to be replaced. The budget for the kitchen and the wet rooms allows you to choose something nice and of high quality that meets today's standards. The price charged for the materials used for this finish is up to today's standards and allows you to choose from a wide range of beautiful finishes.

For a better understanding, we have the example of a bathroom.
